My Purpose:
Allyson is the Founder and CEO of AH Coaching Group, an HR leader, executive coach, and performing artist who blends strategy with human connection to transform leadership. With over 20 years of experience, she has built and led leadership development programs that drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and retention. As a Director of Learning and Leadership Development, she built this function from the ground up, designing scalable programs that served a national workforce across 26 offices. She is also one of the founding Executive Coaches at Chief, where she guides cohorts of executive women in leadership, communication, and executive presence. She specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, and keynote speaking, with a strong focus on women’s leadership, and leadership offsites.
An ICF-accredited coach (ACC) with certifications in Energy Leadership, Myers-Briggs, Emotional Intelligence, and Hogan, Allyson thrives on bringing creativity into the design of leadership development programs and workshops. Her unique experience as a professional actor and singer enhances her facilitation style, whether working with small groups of senior executives or inspiring large audiences as a keynote speaker. She has been featured on Tamron Hall, released an original album, and written the novel Ballad of Dreams. Whether performing on stage or facilitating a leadership offsite, she brings a dynamic and transformative presence to every space she enters.
